Questions, answered straight

What is Juman?

Juman is an AI watch engine. You describe what you care about in plain language — a property market, a competitor, a set of listings — and Juman watches the relevant sources on a schedule, judges every new entry against your criteria, and alerts you on Slack, Telegram, or the web when something matters.

What counts as a run?

A run is one scheduled execution of one watch: Juman checks the watch’s sources, screens what’s new, judges candidates against your criteria, and delivers any findings. The Watcher plan includes 150 runs per month — a daily watch uses about 30.

How does the free trial work?

The free trial lasts 10 days and includes 20 runs — enough to set up a real watch and see real findings. When it ends, subscribe to the Watcher plan for $29/month to keep your watches running; your watches and their history are kept either way.

What can Juman watch?

Anything with a public, revisitable source: property and vehicle listings, marketplaces, competitor pages, price lists, registries, auction sites, news on a topic. If you currently re-check it by hand, Juman can watch it.

Can I change my criteria after a watch is created?

Yes. Your criteria are editable at any time and every edit is versioned. Each run is judged against the criteria version that was live when it started, so results stay comparable and nothing is silently re-scored.

Which channels does Juman support?

Slack, Telegram, and the web — and they share one identity and one memory. A watch created in Slack shows up on your web dashboard; an alert configured on the web can land in Telegram.
