Monitor SEC 8-K filings and press releases from NVIDIA, AMD, TSMC, ASML, Micron, and Broadcom. I need to know within hours about guidance changes, CEO or CFO departures, export-control disclosures, or announced deals over $1B. Routine filings like bylaw amendments and compensation updates must be filtered out. Analyst-day date announcements are a nice-to-have.
