I'm a Solidity developer based in Lisbon looking for grant programs and hackathons that fund open-source developer tooling. Alert me when the Ethereum Foundation, Optimism Retro Funding, Arbitrum DAO, or Solana Foundation opens applications with grants of at least $10k. Must include the application deadline and eligibility requirements, and it must accept remote applicants. In-person hackathons within Europe are a bonus.

Must include the voting deadline and the current vote tally. Skip temperature-check forum posts unless they involve more than $5M. A plain-English summary of what changes if it passes is preferred.

I actively use Base, Linea, and Hyperliquid and want to hear about any confirmed airdrop, points program, or retroactive reward where my wallet activity might qualify. Must be an official announcement from the team, not influencer speculation or leaks. Include the eligibility criteria and the claim deadline. Testnet-only campaigns are a bonus but low priority, and skip anything requiring a deposit over $500 to qualify.
