The prompt
I speak about platform engineering and developer experience. Watch for CFP openings at European tech conferences with 300+ attendees — KubeCon EU, DevOpsDays chapters, PlatformCon, and similar. Must cover at least travel and accommodation, or offer a strong virtual track; a speaker fee is a bonus. Alert me at least 2 weeks before each CFP deadline so I have time to write a proposal.

I care about demolition permits, new multifamily construction over 3 stories, and any rezoning or variance requests. Bar and late-night liquor permits are also worth flagging. Ignore routine residential remodels under $50k.

I want to know about new restaurant and bar openings in Greenpoint and Williamsburg before they open. Watch New York State Liquor Authority applications, Brooklyn CB1 agenda items, and local food blogs for new filings in these two neighborhoods only. Must be genuinely new venues, not renewals or ownership transfers. Wine bars and natural wine spots are what I'm most excited about; big chains can be skipped.
