Sold-Out Show Resale Watch
Official⏱ Every 2 hours
Refreshing Twickets and venue pages every night hoping two face-value tickets appear is a part-time job, and scalper prices punish anyone who blinks. This watch screens official and fan-to-fan resale for your artists and venues on a tight loop, and alerts you only when tickets match your price cap and seating rules.

The prompt
I want tickets to sold-out shows at London venues — Brixton Academy, Roundhouse, and the O2 — for artists on my list: Fontaines D.C., Little Simz, and The Cure. Alert me when official resale or face-value tickets appear under £75 each, and I must have two tickets together. Fan-to-fan platforms like Twickets are fine, but nothing above face value. Standing is preferred over seated, and weeknight shows are fine.
This is the whole template — the words the wizard analyzes into sources, filters, and a schedule. You review and edit every step before the watch runs.

Conference CFP RadarOfficial
Every CFP that fits your talk, flagged two weeks before the deadline.
I speak about platform engineering and developer experience. Watch for CFP openings at European tech conferences with 300+ attendees — KubeCon EU, DevOpsDays chapters, PlatformCon, and similar. Must cover at least travel and accommodation, or offer a strong virtual track; a speaker fee is a bonus. Alert me at least 2 weeks before each CFP deadline so I have time to write a proposal.

Neighborhood Permit WatchOfficial
Know what's being built within half a mile before the cranes arrive.
Watch City of Austin permit and zoning filings within half a mile of the 78704 Bouldin Creek area. I care about demolition permits, new multifamily construction over 3 stories, and any rezoning or variance requests. Bar and late-night liquor permits are also worth flagging. Ignore routine residential remodels under $50k.

New Bar & Restaurant FilingsCommunity
Hear about the next wine bar while it's still a liquor license filing.
I want to know about new restaurant and bar openings in Greenpoint and Williamsburg before they open. Watch New York State Liquor Authority applications, Brooklyn CB1 agenda items, and local food blogs for new filings in these two neighborhoods only. Must be genuinely new venues, not renewals or ownership transfers. Wine bars and natural wine spots are what I'm most excited about; big chains can be skipped.
